A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

(2) The Defendant is a person who is in charge of the sales of a mobile phone and the collection of fees from January 3, 2014 to February 12, 2015, in the “E” operated by D located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.

The defendant, while working at the above mobile phone sales store, has forged the subscription contract in the name of another person, and had the intention to arbitrarily dispose of the mobile phone opened by him.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of “F”, “G”, “H”, “H”, “B”, “B”, and “B” in the name of the bank account payment column in Gyeonggi-do, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, I Apartment-gu, Gyeonggi-do, **********”, “enterprise”, “J” in the account number column for the purpose of exercising the right and duty without authority at the above E store, and forged a new service contract in the name of “F”, “B”, “B” and “B”, respectively, with the signature of “F,” respectively.

B. On February 2015, the Defendant stated “P” in the name column of customer information on the application for subscription to a new service contract, “P” in the phone number column, “R” in the statutory date of birth, “R” in the address column, “BY A Dong 403,” “B” in the bank name column of the application for automatic transfer, and “T” in the account number column, with the signature of P, and then forged (open number X) the service contract in the name of P, which is a private document regarding rights and obligations, two copies of the contract for mobile terminal installment trade, two copies of the contract for price discount, two copies of the application for subscription to the iPhone/iPad customer agreement, and in the same way, one copy of W’s new service contract in the name was forged (open number No. 5).
