A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 3 through 7 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and theft: On December 1, 2017, the Defendant, a registration number plate of the vehicle: (a) removed the seals of the front registration number plate and removed the registration number plate without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor; and (b) cut the above registration number plate on the 30 ton truck of the victim C owned by the victim C, which is parked at the 30 ton parking lot of 30 to Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Do, at around 00:0 on December 1, 2017.

2. Theft: (a) on December 21, 2017, the Defendant: (b) around 00:0, at the 30, 197 Doha-dong 30, Jindong-gu, Jindong-gu, Jindong-gu, Jindong-gu; (c) on the victim E-owned market value of the victim parked at the same place, the Defendant: (d) carried the truck with the straw of a car, carrying the truck door, carrying the truck door, carrying the truck, carrying the truck, driving the truck, and then cutting the truck on the straw inside the truck.

3. On December 22, 2017, at around 15:00, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached the front registration number plate of the D, which was stolen, such as the foregoing paragraph (2), to a f1 ton class and the front of a stolen truck, as in paragraph (2), in the vicinity of the location of the Seongbuk-gu Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do; and (b) used the registration number plate of the air for the purpose of exercising the right by operating the vehicle from around that time to April 6, 2018.

4. Nighttime thief on February 8, 2018: (a) from around 20:0 to around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant intruded the factory managed by the victim company through an empty space under the front door with his/her body cover up to the success of the victim H (H) located in Ansan-si on the same day from around 21:00 to around 21:00 on the same day; and (b) included a theft of electric wires, which included an advance preparation for cutting of electric wires and an amount of 522,70 won at the market price owned by the victim company; (c) from around that time to March 31, 2018, the Defendant intruded the building managed by the person at night at least eight times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, thereby covering the victim H (H)’s market price, 5,742,40 won electric wires, and the victim’s name and undissuring electric wires at the market price.
