Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Joint crimes committed with the defendant C and H;

A. On October 9, 2016, from around 22:40 to 03:20 of the same month between C and H, the Defendant cut off electric wires from the above FF Co., Ltd. factory, and C, from the second floor to the second floor through stairs, and H received copper electric wires cut from C on the first floor of the above factory, and the Defendant carried the cut copper electric wires into the above truck, which is the total market price of KRW 4,254,500, and KRW 1,270 g, in which the damaged person manages by moving them to the Gpoter truck.
