1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2108"

1. On July 2017, Defendant A, B, and C conspiredd to steals electric wires under the custody of Defendant B while serving in the J factory located in Ansan-si, where Defendant B had been employed by Defendant B, and came to the above J factory on around 22:00 of the same day, Defendant C was driving on the k7 vehicle operated by Defendant C at around 22:00. Defendant B instructed Defendant C to park the said car as the underground parking lot of the above factory by discovering the place where the former electric wire was stored, and by discovering the storage door of the underground parking lot of the above factory, the warehouse was open to the above factory. Defendant C parked the said car at the underground parking lot, and Defendant C was able to leave the said car together with Defendant A.

The defendants continued to enter the warehouse of the above factory, and continuously loaded the old electric wires of 800 km equivalent to KRW 22 million in the market price owned by the victim L corporation.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. On August 12, 2017, Defendants A and C conspiredd to cut off electric wires kept in the J factory as described in the above paragraph 1. At around 23:00 of the same day, Defendant A and the Defendants moved to the above J factory by using the clater cargo vehicle driven by Defendant A around 23:00 on the same day. The Defendants colored the place where the clater electric wires are stored to be cut off from the said cargo vehicle, and discovered old electric wires at the A3 warehouse of the said factory, Defendant C used the said factory, thereby carrying 400 g of 111,000,000 old electric wires owned by the victim L Co., Ltd. at that place.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

Defendant A and B conspiredd to steals, as a middle school colony relationship, Defendant A and B, as a middle school colony relationship, and Defendant B conspired to steals electric wires kept in the J plant in Ssung City where Defendant B had been working.

1. Defendant A and B reached the above J factory around May 14, 2017 at around 22:00, and the market price of the victim L Co., Ltd. is KRW 12.4 million.
