A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes from around December 8, 2015 to December 9, 2015;

A. On December 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C, driving a vehicle of 16 million won by driving, which was parked in front of the E cafeteria located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) the victim C owned by the victim C, who was parked in a state of starting at that place; and (c) the Falleb of the market price equivalent to KRW 16 million.

B. On December 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed a vehicle at the I cafeteria parking lot located in Hamnam-si, Hamnam-si on December 22:26, 2015, with one registration number plate in front of the victim G-owned vehicle with which the market price cannot be known, in order to prevent the theft of the vehicle as described in paragraph 1(a) from being discovered.

No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, at around 22:30 on December 8, 2015, the Defendant removed a registration number plate in front of a stolen vehicle, as described in paragraph 1(a), from the front of the F-A-S-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

2. Crimes from December 13, 2015 to December 14, 2015;

A. On December 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by driving a n-car with a low N-car with a market price of KRW 13 million owned by the victim K, which was stopped in front of M in front of M in J in Jinnam-si L on December 13, 2015; and (b) committed a theft by driving a vehicle with a low N-car with a market price of KRW 13 million.

B. On December 13, 2015, the Defendant was parked in a place where the Defendant was parked in order to prevent the occurrence of a theft of a vehicle, such as the description in paragraph 2(a), at the P lending parking lot in Jinnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do.
