A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 1063] Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 16, 2012, at around 16:00, the Defendant received a delivery of a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs under C, a psychotropic drug located under the chief of the car operation in the Defendant’s car parked near the harbor located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

On the same day, at around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s car on the side of the Gondo Highway near the New Month in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Seoul, and administered phiphones by means of injecting the phiphones delivered within the said car into his arms.

2. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: D) in the name of C in an irregular place on the same day, and purchased phiphones by means of delivering approximately 0.3g of phiphones contained in C from Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City drawing around the same day to the ophones around the same day.

3. On August 24, 2012, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) placed C about 0.03 grams of oponon in a one-time injection machine located in the area of Incheon Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in the Defendant’s car parked in the roadside; (b) dilution with water; and (c) administered oponon in the Defendant’s arms.

1. Any person who intends to engage in credit business in violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Financial Users, etc. shall register the relevant place of business with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, etc. having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, and where any unregistered credit service provider lends a loan, the interest rate thereon shall not exceed 44/

The defendant and E are married couples, not registered with the competent authorities on July 7, 201, and not leased 20,000,000 won to G management in the H office in Gwangju-si F for 60 days, and receive interest rate of 59.84% per annum by receiving 2,00,000 won as interest.
