A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
1.6 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On May 21, 2012, around 13:00 on May 21, 2012, the Defendant, who was parked in the vicinity of the Cuniversity located in Sungnam-si, administered 0.1g of Mecopon by inserting approximately 0.1g of Mecopon, a Mecopic psychotropic drug (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as the “Mecopon”) taken from D, which was parked in the vicinity of the Cuniversity located in the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, in the SM5 car of Defendant’s driving.
2. Around May 28, 2012, the Defendant, on May 28, 2012, administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the Mour guest room that does not know the trade name in the Daegu hydro-gu Geumdong on May 22, 2012, and melting them into one’s arms, melting them into one’s arms.
3. On May 29, 2012, the Defendant purchased 0.3g of philophones and 300,000 won of philophones on May 29, 2012, within the Defendant’s character car parked on the street near the Defendant’s home located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for daily use from the said D, within the character car.
5. On June 6, 2012, around 14:00 on June 6, 2012, the Defendant purchased 0.3 gramphones in the F University in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with approximately 0.3 gramphones contained in said D and with 300,000 won in rophones.
6. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant traded Handphones around July 2, 2012: around 20:00, the Defendant 0.3g of phiphones, which were parked on the same line located near the entrance No. 2 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for a day from D’s character car in the same line.
