A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

850,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry at the Jung-gu District Court on May 15, 2017, and on September 25, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

1. A person other than a person handling narcotics, etc. (flapsopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic (hereinafter “copopon”) shall not sell or administer psychotropic drugs, and the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

B. On July 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 2.50,00 to J; (b) purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 0.8g of opon from her payment to J; and (c) administered approximately 0.1g of opon on the part of the instant car parked in the restaurant located in K in that city of “L” in that city; and (d) administered a opon in a way of sending approximately 0.1g of the opon phone purchased in front of the restaurant in that city of “L”.

C. On July 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 200,000 to D; (b) purchased phiphonephones with approximately 0.6 grams from D; and (c) administered phiphones by hanging approximately 0.1g of phiphones purchased within the said car parked at that scam, as above, on a coffee.

On August 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 200,00 to P in advance of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government O apartment; (b) purchased phiphones by taking out 0.2g of phiphones from P; and (c) purchased phiphones.
