Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.

A. On April 2017, the Defendant purchased 200,000 cash 20,000 philopphones from F-to-be points operated by E in P in Yangju-si, and purchased philopphones with approximately 0.3g of philops contained in the single-use injection machine from E.

B. On May 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as above into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with water in the Defendant’s arms in the vicinity of the Defendant’s dwelling place located in G at the Seocho-si.

On May 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophone in the Defendant’s Hlearning car parked near the Defendant’s residence, and administered philophones in the aforementioned manner.

On May 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones to the Defendant’s arms in the Hlearning car parked near the residence of the Defendant, and administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones to the Defendant’s arms.

E. On June 11, 2017, the Defendant received a penphone from K’s LW car parked in the first floor parking lot on the ground of the J’s building located in Yangju-si, Yangju-si, and from K, one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philopon from K without compensation.

F. On June 19, 2017, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) injected the Defendant’s Hlearning car parked in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence located in G with water; (b) 0.1g of philophones contained in the disposable injection machine received from K with water; and (c) administered philophones by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms.

2. Defendant B is not a handler of narcotics.
