A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[200 Highest 172] The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. At around 23:00 on December 30, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs into a single-use injection machine, and inserting them into arms after dilution with water in a car located near the B apartment in the Spoto-si, Yangsan City.

B. Around 00:30 on January 1, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution them with water, and injection them into arms.

C. Around 02:00 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.1g of philopon in the C Spoon car parked near F in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, in a disposable injection machine; and (b) injected philopon into the arms after dilution with water.

2. Around 02:00 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) taken out tobacco smoke in the CSpo-type car parked near F located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) 0.5g of marijuana; (c) smoked marijuana in a way of smoking the smoke, after putting about 0.5g of the tobacco smoke in the CSpo-type car located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and attaching a smoke.

3. On January 3, 2020, the Defendant published a notice of “H” on the “G” in the csp-type app, which was parked near F in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, by using the clinic of “G” in the “G” in the csp-type app, which was parked in the vicinity of F in Busan, Busan, on the Internet around January 3, 2020, and widely known or suggested information on the sales of sp-phones to others.

4. On January 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 11:38, 2020, kept 2.71g of the penphone 2.71g and marijuana 0.08g of the penphone in the inner part of the F in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) kept 0.81g of the hemp in the plastic part of the plastic partic partic partic partic partic partic partic partic partic partic part and carried 2.71g of the penphone and 0.89g of the hemp.
