1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five hundred thousand won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) lent the name of Cho Jae-man C to possess C’s resident registration certificate; and (b) used C’s approval to apply for a mobile phone in the name of C without obtaining C’s approval.

On July 9, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents, using a written application form for a new application form for a mobile phone located in Nam-gu, Busan, stating “C”, “F” in the customer name column, and “C” in the address column, stating “C” at the bottom of the application form, and affixed a seal on the same method, and then ELT entered the application form for a slopon and the spopon / spopon / three applications in each customer column.

As a result, the defendant, without authority, forged a new application for a mobile phone in the above C name, LT's application for a mobile phone, and a call/deposit application in the above C name, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations without authority.

B. The Defendant, at the same date and at a place as above, issued a forged application for a new cellphone to H, an employee of E, who is aware of the forgery, as above, as if he were the document duly formed. The Defendant exercised the foregoing investigation document by delivering the forged application for a cellphone, LT’s application for a cellphone, and “a call/three applications” to H.

2. Forgery of private documents and uttering of private documents dated August 17, 2012;

A. On August 17, 2012, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “C” in the customer name column, “F” in the resident number column, and “I” in the Handphone number column; (b) stated “C” at the bottom of the application; and (c) stated an application form for LT in the slopon; and (d) stated “C” in the slopon column and the slopon column in each customer column at the slop/C request; and (c) sealed the application form in the same manner.

Accordingly, the defendant does not have authority to exercise his rights and duties.
