【Criminal Facts】
1. On October 3, 2013, the Defendant found one copy of his resident registration certificate owned by the victim D, which was lost on the alleyway in front of the C cafeteria located in Yong-nam City B.
The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, has embezzled that he/she had in mind.
2. Around October 22, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “D”, “G”, “H”, “H”, and “J apartment” in the column of the date of application for “Seoul-si I 302 Dong 1101, and “D” in the applicant column; (b) stated “D” in the applicant column; (c) stated “I 302 Dong 1302 Dong 1101, and then sealed the applicant column in its name; (d) stated “D” in the applicant column; and (d) write “D” in the applicant column; and (d) write “D” in the applicant column subsequent to the applicant’s request for written consent on inquiry and use of “D”; and (d) put the applicant “D” on the name, adjacent to the application column; and (e) put the applicant “D” in the name, adjacent to the application column; and (e) put the applicant “D” in the name, adjacent to the application column.
As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged three copies of the application form for Soleh Moble accession in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and the application form for Soleh call/ the application form, and the application form for Soleh Moble agreement.

The Defendant, at the time, at a place specified in the foregoing paragraph (2) and at the same time, was duly formed with K, the owner of a mobile phone store, who was aware of the forgery of the foregoing paragraph (2) as above, the application form for Maleh Moble, the application form for Pacific call/ set, and the application form for Maleh Maleh Moble.
