Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of private documents;
A. On September 7, 2012, the Defendant drafted a new application for the SKT Mobile (number D and E indicated in the application form) within the mobile phone agency located in Kimhae-si B, Kimhae-si, and entered the name and signature of the victim F in the applicant column at will.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new application for mobile telephone in the name of the victim, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
B. Around September 10, 2012, the Defendant drafted a new application for SKT Mobile (number G and number H stated in the application form) within the mobile phone agency located in Kimhae-si B, and entered the name and signature of the victim F in the applicant column at will.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new application for mobile telephone in the name of the victim, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
2. Exercising a falsified investigation document;

At the time and place of this subsection, I, an agency employee, who is aware of the forgery, delivered a forged mobile phone application as if it was a document duly formed.

3. Fraud;

At the same time and place as above, the victim I, an agent employee, had the legitimate authority to prepare a new application for mobile phones as if he/she was delegated by F with the new application for mobile phones.
The Defendant received a mobile phone (D) equivalent to KRW 792,00,000 of the market value from the Defendant’s place of such deception.

At the same time and place as above, a new application for a forged mobile phone is presented.
