The Defendant is a person who operates the “E” mobile phone sales store in Changwon-si Mhappo-si D in the name of the Defendant’s mother-friendlyO.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “CA”, “CB”, and “CB” in the customer address column as “CA” and signed in the name of the applicant customer column on two copies of the CA’s resident registration certificate that was a customer; (b) stated “CA” in the name “CA”, “CB”, and “CA” in the customer address column, respectively; and (c) signed in the name of the above CA.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged two copies of the application form for mobile phone subscription in the name of the CA, which is a private document on the rights and duties for the purpose of exercising.

B. On August 14, 2012, the Defendant, in the foregoing E, kept a copy of the resident registration certificate of the CD that was a customer, entered the name of the customer and the applicant column in one sheet of the new application form for the purchase of the mobile phone, stating “CE”, “D” in the resident registration number column, “CF” in the customer address column, and “CF” in the subscription number column in one sheet of the new application form for the purchase of the mobile phone, and signed the name of the said CD in the customer name column after stating “CE”, “CG” in the customer name column, “CG”, and “CH” in the customer name column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged two copies of a mobile phone application in the CD name, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

C. On October 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “CI” in the customer name column, “CJ” in the resident registration number column, and “CK” in the customer address column in one sheet of a new application form for registration of Soleleh cell phone purchase; and (b) signed the applicant column in the name of the said CI.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged two copies of a mobile phone subscription application in the name of CI, which is a private document on the rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising.
