Crimes Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment of the defendant, crimes Nos. 1 through 10 of the judgment of the court, and crimes No. 4, 6, 6.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on August 13, 2013, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for fraud at the Jeonju District Court on August 13, 2013, and on August 21, 2013, the said judgment was not a person handling narcotics, and is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On February 25, 2013, at around 13:17, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a psychotropic drug campon (hereinafter “camopon”); (b) transferred KRW 320,000 from a post office account (Account Number: H) in the name of the Defendant to a new bank account (Account Number: H) in the name of G; (c) had D deliver it to E; and (d) on February 26, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased a camopon from a guest room on the second floor of the Jmotour 2ndo, Jmophone-gu, Seoul, to a camopon. 320,000 won from a new bank account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant; and (d) purchased a camopon from E.

2. At around 04:30 on July 21, 2013, the Defendant purchased 750,000 won from K to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant’s post office account (Account Number:F) around July 26, 2013.

3. Around March 4, 2013, the Defendant and N agreed to purchase phiphones from E, and the Defendant received KRW 550,000 from N to the post office account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant, and delivered it to E by means of remitting it to the new bank account (Account Number:H) in the name of G.

At around 23:00 on March 4, 2013, the Defendant, along with N, purchased approximately 0.8 ghon-phones in vinyl bus terminals located in Geumjin-gu, Geumjin-gu, Geumjin-gu, Seoul, by receiving KRW 430,00 from E, to a plastic bus terminal, which was handed over KRW 430,00 from E as baggage.

In addition, the Defendant is N from March 4, 2013 to October 8, 2013, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (joint purchase).
