A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. Defendant A is not a person handling narcotics, etc.

On March 4, 2013, at around 14:22, the Defendant and D conspired to purchase merptes (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from E, and the Defendant transferred 50,000 won of philopon to D’s post account (Account Number:F), and D transferred this to E by way of remitting it to G’s new bank account (Account Number: H).

At around 23:00 on March 4, 2013, the Defendant, along with D, purchased approximately 0.8 ghon-phones in vinyl bus terminals located in Geumjin-gu, Geumjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and 4.30,000 won from E, to receive KRW 0.8ghon-phones in plastic bags, which were sent from E as baggage.

B. On March 5, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.06g of philopon purchased as described in the foregoing paragraph to E from the three guest rooms in Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 5, 2013.

C. At around 02:00 on March 6, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased as described in the above paragraph (a) into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with raw water, on a single-time medication. D.

Around March 9, 2013, the Defendant and D conspiredd to purchase phiphones from I, and the Defendant transferred 300,000 won of phiphones to the Dolon’s account in the name of LAC (Account Number M) used by I, and on March 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased 0.4 g of philphones which I concealed from the bottom of the O located in N in Busan Fri-gu.

In addition, the Defendant purchased penphones from I, P, or Q 24 times in collusion with himself/herself or D from March 9, 2013 to October 8, 2013, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (written phone purchase).

E. On October 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, a bus terminal located in the relevant Kim Jong-si.
