A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 12, 201 in the previous prison on March 12, 201.

1. On February 8, 2013, the Defendant decided to purchase psychotropic drugs, and transferred KRW 300,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number D) in C’s name, the Defendant received 30,000,000 from a bus terminal outside the East Sea in the East Sea where C was packed with approximately 0.8g of a disposable-phone, which was sent by the Busan bus terminal.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from C.

2. On February 21, 2013, the Defendant decided to purchase writingphones from C, and remitted KRW 550,000 to the Busan Bank account (Account Number G) in the name of C, and thereafter, C received the paper stuffs in which approximately 1.6g of the logphones sent from the Busan Urban Bus Terminal, from the end bus terminal, which contain approximately 1.6g of the logphones sent from the Busan Urban Bus Terminal.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from C.

3. On March 24, 2013, the Defendant decided to purchase a penphone from C, and remitted KRW 350,000 to the Busan Bank account (Account Number G) in the name of C, and then received the paper strawing bus terminal in which C is packed with approximately 0.8g of the penphone, which was sent by the Busan bus Terminal, from the Busan bus Terminal.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from C.

4. On November 12, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 400,000 from I located in He/she was located in P of Busan, and approximately 0.5 g of phiphones. On November 13, 2013, around 04:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.04 g of phiphones at the Defendant’s house located in Busan, J of Busan, on November 13, 2013.
