Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2014, the Defendant sent a note indicating C’s main address, which is a distributor of psychotropic drugs residing in China, at a place on the Internet website, at the early clicking Station (hereinafter “clopon”). The Defendant sent a note to C that “to purchase a copon.”

On March 2014, the Defendant sent 0.03 grams to C and C, the Defendant sent 0.03 gramphones to the bank account (Account Number E) in the name of D after receiving the said gramphones. On March 2014, the Defendant imported the rophones by receiving delivery of 0.03 gramphones from China, which were sent by the above C to the G office located in the former G office in the former G office.

2. At around 19:00 on June 22, 2014, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner of dilution of philophones as described in paragraph (1) from Haso or toilet located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul.

On March 25, 2014, the Defendant came to know of I, a distributor of phiphones through the Internet website at a remote place, and transferred 130,000 won of phiphones from L’s bank account (Account Number:K) in the name of his mother, to L’s bank account (M) in the name of J (the Defendant’s mother) and purchased phiphones in the front line bus terminal located in Geumjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Geumjin-gu, with I sent 0.05g of phiphonephones by means of 0.05g of phiphones.

4. On April 2014, the Defendant administered a philophone medication by dilution the 0.05g philoon as described in paragraph (3) with H Bana in F before the early police officer, by dilutioning 0.05g of the philoon into water.

5. Receipt of Handphones;

A. At around 18:00 on May 27, 2014, the Defendant received 0.03 gramopon which N was delivered with free sampling at the 30 cross-city bus terminal trucking counter at a 30-city bus terminal, free of charge, and received it without compensation.
