Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On November 27, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,50,00,00 to the bank account (Account Number K) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Bank in the name of the Republic of Korea (Account Number H) in the name of the Defendant at the Agricultural Bank in the name of the Defendant. On December 4, 2012. On December 4, 2012, the Defendant purchased phiphones with approximately 2 g of phiphones delivered by I from the government bus terminal located in the Government-Sin-si Capital Zone (U.K.) with an express bus freight.
3. On January 19, 2013, at around 05:08, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,000,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account (Account Number N) in the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account (Account NumberO) in the name of the Defendant, and purchased phiphones with approximately 2 g of opphones at the entrance of the Defendant at the port of Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Mansan-si.
4. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,000,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account (Account Number N) in the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account (Account NumberO) in the name of the Defendant, and purchased phiphonephones at the entrance of the Defendant at approximately 27 g of the Maphonephones, which is located near the Mabu-gu L in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, and around 02:0 on February 6, 2013.
5. On February 14, 2013, the Defendant account numbered in the account number in the name of the J in the savings account in the name of the Defendant at the 15:00 Mancheon-si Mancheon-si's Annual Wage Point located in the Republic of Korea 505-17.
