A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Cheongju District Court, and was on October 13, 2015, and was not a person who completed the execution of the sentence at the official prison on October 13, 2015, and was not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. At around 15:00 on November 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1.5 million for 1.5 million to E and approximately 3 g of meconc with meconculic mental medicine from E (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. On November 27, 2015, around 20:00, the Defendant purchased 1.5 million won to E and 1.57 grophonephones below the instant telephones under the guest room in Yangsan-si.

On December 6, 2015, the Defendant transferred the purchase price of KRW 1.5 million to the Busan Bank account (Account Number G) in the name of the F designated by E, along with a request to request E to use phiphones, and around December 7, 2015, the Defendant received approximately KRW 3 g of the phi-phone, which sent KRW 1.5 million from H high-speed bus terminal to H’s first rapid bus freight, and purchased it at the I bus terminal located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J.

On December 23, 2015, the Defendant transferred the purchase price of 720,000 won for opon to the Agricultural Cooperative account (Account Number K) in the name of F designated by E, along with the request to request E to damage oponon, and around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 1.8 million won in addition to E in the street near H station located in Busan Dong-gu L, Busan, by taking up about 5 g of oponon from E.

E. On January 7, 2016, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.1 million for the purchase of phiphones to the Busan Bank account (Account Number G) in the name of F designated by E, along with a request to request E to rescue phiphones, and around January 9, 2016, the Defendant received approximately KRW 2 g of the phiphones, which sent KRW 1,100,000 from H H high bus terminal by means of H I’s high-speed bus freight at the I Terminal located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
