1. Victims BZ,CC;
A. On June 20, 2015, the Defendant forged the private document and exercised the mobile phone subscription application form in the name of the BZ, which is a private document on the rights and duties by signing the document on the applicant column, stating that, without authority, the agent’s agent’s personal information was informed of the BZ’s application form and allowing the CF to enter the name, contact address, address, etc. of the BZ’s personal information in the BG subscription form, and by signing the application form on the next page, the Defendant forged one copy of the application form in the name of the mobile phone in the name of the private document on the rights and duties, and exercised the forged application form by issuing the same document to the said CF, which is a document in which the forged application form was duly prepared.
In addition, from around that time to September 4, 2015, the Defendant forged each of the four pages of the private documents in the name of BZ in the same manner as shown in attached Table 1 (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ), and exercised each forged private document.
B. The Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he had no intent or ability to pay the user fee for the mobile phone opened in the name of the said BZ at the above date, at the above time, and at the above place; (b) by deceiving the Victim (State), thereby deceiving the Victim (BZ) to open the mobile phone located in the said BZ as above; and (c) obtained the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 949,840 in total due to the use of the mobile phone from June 20, 2015 to May 20, 2016.
2) On August 1, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “CI offices” located in Ulsan-gu CH, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu CH, called “CI” calls to the victim BZ to the effect that “I need to pay money for advertisement of CI human resources, if lent, it shall be repaid after this mold.”
However, in fact, there was a lack of economic conditions to the extent that the monthly rent and gas rent at the time were overdue, and it was difficult for the employee to pay wages.
