1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for four months, and the defendant B shall be punished by a fine of eight hundred thousand won.

2. The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On June 13, 2012, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Daegu District Court for a maximum of one year, or a short of eight months, and completed the execution of the sentence in the port prison on April 19, 2013.

1. Around September 7, 2015, the Defendant drafted a vehicle rental agreement for CE KS-5 vehicles in the Daegu-guCC, Daegu-gu, with respect to the vehicle rental agreement, the Defendant offered CG driver’s license granted in advance to CG employees of the said rental car company, and had the said CF enter “CG”, “CH”, and “CG” in the resident registration number column in the vehicle rental agreement, and sign the lessee’s signature next thereto, thereby forginging one copy of the vehicle rental agreement in the name of CG, a private document on the rights and obligations of the said CG, and exercising the said vehicle rental agreement with the said CF.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the vehicle rental contract in the name of CG, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.

2. At the time and place set forth in the above paragraph (1) above, the defendant BZ defendant knew that the vehicle rental contract under the name of CG was forged by using the driver's license of CG, and provided service from the CG located in the "CJ" room located in the Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan City CG to A, and issued the driver's license of CG which was under custody by the customer from CG, and the above CF requested signature as the second driver and joint guarantor of the above vehicle rental contract, thereby facilitating the act of forging A's act of forging the private document by signing the defendant himself in the column of "the second driver and joint guarantor".
