Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with B.

[2020 Madan1349] The Defendant, along with B and G, intended to steal bags containing congratulatory money from many visitors at the reception stand of a wedding hall. The Defendant, upon reporting the network in the vicinity, knew B, by means of collecting a reduced amount of money from visitors in front of the receipt stand, and that G was willing to play a role in driving the vehicle and waiting at the site.

On May 9, 2020, at around 12:10 on May 12:10, 2020, the Defendant and B intruded the above building through the entrance of the first floor for the purpose of theft of livestock money, and subsequently, on the part of the victim J, as if they were the person in charge of towing before the victim J’s receipt of stable money, and the Defendant reported the network in the vicinity, and the B received 11 bags containing 100,000 won from the visitors, and she exceeded the K Karen car of the G driving waiting.
