Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch on October 1, 2010, and on June 7, 2014, in addition to the completion of the enforcement of the sentence, the Defendant has more than ten criminal records
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant sought a wedding hall with the above Defendant C and conspired to steal money by taking charge of the following actions: (a) as if he/she was a person who duly receives a congratulatory garbage bag from various heads using a cresh in which the surveillance of the persons who received a wedding hall or the money for congratulationss was neglected; and (b) as if he/she was a person, he/she was a person who received a congratulatory garbage bag from others; (c) he/she was in charge of taking charge of the watch of the visitors to the surrounding area; and (d) he/she was in charge of taking charge of taking charge of raising a stable bag from others or bringing about a stable garbage bag on the reception counter.
