A on May 12, 2009, on three years after having been sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 13, 2012.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 11:37, the victim D ambling off the Fweves located in Busan Fwevesdong-gu, Busan; (b) made a false statement to the victim D, who was receiving congratulatory money from the Fweves receipt stand, using the complicated gap in which the female guests were congested as a result of the receipt of the congratulatory money; and (c) made a false statement to the victim D, who was receiving the congratulatory money from the Fweve’s receipt stand.

However, in fact, the defendant was pretended to be a member of the marriage hall, and was not a member of the victim, but did not have been a member of the marriage hall.

The Defendant received 50,000 won from the victim, i.e., 10,00 won each of the answer money, and 50,000 won.

B. On January 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 13:25 at the same place as the former part of the preceding paragraph, and (b) rancing as if the Defendant paid a congratulatory money to the Victim G G who received a congratulatory money at the same place as the latter part of the new ditch’s receipt room; and (c) made a false statement to the Defendant G.

However, in fact, the defendant was pretended to be a member of the marriage hall, and was not a member of the victim, but did not have been a member of the marriage hall.

The Defendant received 70,000 won from the victim, namely, 10,000 won each of the answer money, and 70,000 won.

2. Defendant B

A. On January 4, 2015, around 11:33, around 11:35, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim D, who received livestock money at the reception stand, using the congested gap in which married guests fluencing in the same place as the preceding paragraph were left in the receipt of livestock money; and (b) made a false statement to the victim D, who had received livestock money at the reception stand, as if the Defendant had paid livestock money, while making a false statement.

However, it is true.
