Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor by larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court), and on May 25, 2014, in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution, the Defendant has nine times more criminal records.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 10:35 on January 24, 2015, the Defendant, along with the upper Defendant C, took advantage of the creshion between the injured Party F, who is the victim, in the E5th floor located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, by taking advantage of the cresh in which the injured Party F, takes personnel management and is similar to the mixed State, and the Defendant took advantage of such creshion as is close to the mixed State.
