1. On July 12, 2017: Imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of attempted special larceny: From the end of the sentence of the Busan detention center on September 28, 2017, the Defendants and persons without the name become aware of the fact that they transferred the wedding ceremony to Busan and Gyeongnam area, and stolen livestock money, etc., or become aware of the fact that they came to know through mutual introduction.
The Defendants and non-scambling boxes had customs to pay the answer money to the guests who do not engage in meals in the course of marriage in Busan and South Korea. 1. On November 10, 2018, the Defendants: (a) around 11:40, at the victim E’s wedding receipt stand opened in the above wedding hall; (b) even though there was no money for congratulations, the Defendants were aware of the fact with the above persons who received the money for congratulations; and (c) in order by the marriage-type visitors accessing the receipt stand to the receipt stand for the purpose of raising the money for congratulations, they were able to see that they paid the money for congratulationss; and (d) by deceiving the manager of the receipt box of the stable, the Defendants were accused.
