Defendant

On September 9, 2015, A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the crime of fraud and intrusion upon structure at the Busan District Court on July 9, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Busan Correctional Institution on July 9, 2016, and Defendant B was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court on June 28, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 24, 2016.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the collection platform of a stable with the intention of acquiring the answer money from the person who received the congratulatory money from the person who received the money by pretending to be married guests at Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sung-si, Sung-si, a five-story D model around November 18, 2018; (b) around the same day, at around 12:06, the Defendant 10,000 won of a enveloped money by using the gap in which the female guests received the money from the new collection platform, while running as if he paid the money to the victim E who received the money at the new collection platform, the Defendant was able to change the plastic bag bag and made a false statement; and (c) at that time, 10,000 won of a bag containing each of the answer money from the victim, namely, i.e., 10,000 won.

B. On November 24, 2018, at around 10:00 on November 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered a stable receipt box for the purpose of acquiring the answer money from a person who receives the contest money from a person who pretended to be married guests on the new side; (b) around 10:30 on the same day, the Defendant went into a stable receipt box for the purpose of receiving the answer money; and (c) around 10:30 on the same day, he/she took a place as if he/she paid the incentive money to the victim G who received the amount of money at the new stable receipt box; and (d) made a false statement to change the plastic bag bag; and (e) received KRW 50,000,000 from the victim, i.e., KRW 10,000,000,000 from tin.

2. Defendant B

A. On November 18, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, around 12:00 on November 18, 2018, entered a stable receipt book for the purpose of acquiring the answer money from a person who receives the congratulatory money from a person who pretended to be married guests, and intrudes into the stable receipt book for the purpose of receiving the answer money from a person who receives the money by pretending to be married guests, and around 12:06 on the same day.
