Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates B-E cargo vehicles.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 18:00 on May 29, 2018, the Defendant made it difficult to view the registration number plate as being attached to the front number plate of the freight vehicle in front of the D convenience store located in Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City.
