Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 14:47 on July 5, 2019, the Defendant, at the top line of the Gone Star-dong, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 659, the main body of which is referred to as “factory Administration” in B, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate of the motor vehicle, which is entirely indicated as “factory Administration” on the rear number plate of B, for the purpose of avoiding traffic offense.
