Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives a PPoter II cargo vehicle in 2019.38.

No person shall cover an automobile registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 15:16 on August 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) covered the banner with the contents of “S, mountainous area, wholesale, retail, etc.” on the front number plate of the said vehicle that was parked in order to avoid the CCTV control in violation of illegal parking and stopping regulations, and (b) attached a paper that “from 500 won to 500 won at the end of the day Hong Kong,” etc. on the license plate, the Defendant left the front and back the license plate in front of the said vehicle.

The Defendant is a person who drives a PPoter II cargo vehicle in 2019.

Nevertheless, around 16:17 on May 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) parked in U.S. in Busan-gun T in order to avoid an illegal parking or stopping control camera; (b) followed the foregoing cargo vehicle parked at a place, and (c) laid down its registration license plate at a stop.
