Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Criminal facts

On March 15, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment due to the charge of forging official documents in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, etc. on May 20, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 20, 201, and on July 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment due to the crime of forging official documents at the Suwon District Court. The said judgment became final and conclusive on July 13, 2012.

1. The Defendant, along with “B”, “C”, “D”, and “D”, intended to arrange a disguised marriage between Vietnames and Korean men. The Defendant, as the Defendant, was to take charge of the following roles: (a) the role of coloring Korean men who are recruited by the above A; (b) reporting the marriage of Korean men; (c) issuance of a marriage certificate necessary for visa applications; (d) issuance of a foreigner registration of Vietnams who entered the Republic of Korea; and (c) and D, in order to enter the Republic of Korea, engage in the role of checking Vietnams who want to enter the Republic of Korea, and distributing them after receiving compensation from Vietnams.

On July 2008, the Defendant, at the vicinity of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, sought the consent from C and D, stating that “I would make a disguised marriage with Vietnam women, 1.5 million won will be paid if I would make a disguised marriage with Vietnam women.”

B, along with E on August 6, 2008, the fact at the Mayang-dong 530, Ansan-dong 530, Gyeyang-gu, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, which was known that E had no intention to marry with F and was engaged in disguised marriage to enter the Republic of Korea, but E prepared a false marriage report with F, and had a public official in charge of the above Gu office submit it to the public official in charge of the above Gu office to enter it into the marriage registration system and family relation registration system, which is a public electronic record, and stored and operated in the above system.
