On July 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and four months at the Suwon District Court on July 5, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 13, 2012.

1. Joint offenses with C;

A. The Defendant, along with C, the name “D”, “E” and “E”, intended to arrange a disguised marriage between Vietnam women and Korean men, and C, the Defendant was to take charge of the following roles: (a) reporting the marriage of Korean men; (b) issuing a marriage certificate necessary for visa applications; (c) having a foreigner registration of Vietnam who entered the Republic of Korea to enter the Republic of Korea; and (d) and E, having the responsibility to color Vietnam women who wanted to make a disguised marriage and receive and distribute the payment of the payment from Vietnam women, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant is a public electronic record in collusion with C, D, E, G, or F by making a false report to the public official.
