Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2009, the Defendant conspiredd with a disguised marriage broker B, a disguised marriage broker C, a disguised marriage broker D, and a false marriage broker C/D submitted a false marriage report prepared as if the Defendant had been married or had no intention to marry, at the civil-petition offices of both reduction and exemption new 676-4, 676-4, at the time of harmony, to the public-service of civil-petition offices, and had C/D enter the false marriage in the family relation registration system, and exercised the storage system.

2. The Defendant, in collusion with a disguised marriage broker B or disguised marriage broker B, submitted a false marriage report prepared as if the Defendant and E were married or had no intent to marry, and had the public official in charge enter the same marriage register in the family relation registration system, and exercised the same system.
