B On July 22, 2010, the above judgment was sentenced to two years of suspended execution in October due to the crime of false entry into public electronic records, etc. at the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 30, 2010. On March 25, 2011, the Incheon District Court sentenced two years of suspended execution to eight months of imprisonment due to the crime of false entry into public electronic records, etc., which became final and conclusive on April 2, 201, and on March 30, 2012, the above judgment became final and conclusive on April 7, 2012.
The Defendants are ‘component marriage broker’ as a ciple to illegally enter the Republic of Korea of Vietnam by arranging a disguised marriage between men of the Republic of Korea and Vietnam women.
The Defendants conspired to take charge of the following roles: (a) having Vietnames who are employed by the Defendants made a disguised marriage with Korean men; (b) having them enter Vietnams and Korean men who want to make a disguised marriage; (c) having them enter Vietnams who want to enter Korea; (d) having the Republic of Korea’s departure from Korea; (e) having them reported false marriage in Korea; and (e) having them enter Vietnams who want to make a disguised marriage; and (e) having them take charge of arranging Vietnams who have entered Vietnams and having them enter Vietnams who want to make a disguised marriage; and (e) having them enter Vietnams who want to enter Vietnams

According to the above public offering of false entry of public electronic records and the public offering of false entry of public electronic records, Defendant A proposed that he/she shall make a disguised marriage with Vietnamese women on November 2009, and then arranged a disguised marriage with Vietnamese women E who wished to make a disguised marriage.
