A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won due to the crime of false entry into public electromagnetic records, etc. by the Seoul Central District Court on April 25, 2013, and the same criminal records are added once.

The Defendant, through a disguised marriage with Korean men, had a mind to allow Vietnam to enter the Republic of Korea. 1. The defendant related to D and E's disguised marriage in collusion with D and E on October 26, 2010, the facts in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Family Register on October 15, 2010 are as follows: (a) prepare a marriage report with the content that E and D are married as if they were married with genuine will even though they were not married with D and E; and (b) submit the report to the public official in charge of false name; and (c) allow the public official who is aware of the fact to enter the marriage of D and E in the family register.
