A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 23:32, 2019, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender committing a special assault in C in Gangwon-gun B; and (b) around 00:15 of the same month, the Defendant stated the name and the resident registration number of F, a pro-friendly F, who was usually traveling to conceal the fact that the police officer asked him/her personal information at a police box located in the same military forces D, was a fine.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

2. On November 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:25 on November 14, 2019, when he/she was investigated into the police station investigation in the Jeongwon-gun Jeongwon-gun, and the G Team’s office under the suspicion of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault), had the possibility of being discovered that the number of fines would be discovered; (b) had the criminal intent to gather the name of pro-friendly F; (c) had the criminal investigation conducted as pro-friendly F; (d) had the criminal investigation conducted; and (e) had the criminal investigation conducted as if he/she was a pro-friendly F; and (e) had the statement

Accordingly, the defendant forged F's signature in the suspect interrogation protocol for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The Defendant: (a) submitted a forged suspect interrogation protocol with a private signature at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) as stated in paragraph (2) to H as if he were aware of the forgery; and (b) exercised the same.
