Punishment of the crime

1. On April 6, 2015, the Defendant, who violated the Resident Registration Act and forged private documents, subscribed to mobile phone service in the “Ye Telecom Co., Ltd., Young-gu, Co., Ltd., Ltd.”, a sales agent for telephone calls in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, as if he were C.

In addition, the resident registration certificate was presented to C under the name of the head of Seoul Metropolitan City North-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, which was in possession of a prior request for identification card to verify the identity from D who is an employee of D, and the above D refers to the personal information to be stated in the application form for a new mobile phone service contract, and the above D refers to the personal information of the above C, and the above D used the computer to enter "name: name: E, telephone number accessible to contact: E, statutory lifeday: F, address: F, and customer of the application form for a new mobile phone service contract: The defendant signed with C, and the above D printed out the application form for a new mobile phone service contract stating the above information.

Accordingly, the Defendant unlawfully used the above C’s resident registration certificate, and forged C’s mobile phone service new contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at around April 6, 2015, has forged the document for fraud and the above investigation with the above-mentioned mobile phone from the so-called Youngcom Co., Ltd.
