A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 31, 2017.

On January 2017, the Defendant, in a place where it is impossible to know a place where C was missing, used it to open a mobile phone in the name of C using it, and sold a dogmatic phone as used goods to acquire money.

1. Crimes committed on January 14, 2017;

A. On January 14, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) entered “C” and “G” in the name column of the subscriber’s information on the paper of the T service contract, which was presented at that place, using the sclock, and signed as “C” in the name column of the applicant column of the document at the bottom; and (b) entered “C” in the name side of the document in the name of the applicant column of the document.

Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the Defendant forged the Chapter C's new service contract in the name of a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the above date and place, submitted to the above E, who was unaware of the fact, one copy of the new T service contract in the name of C, which is a private document forged as above, as if it were a document duly formed.

The criminal defendant was committed as if the defendant was C at the above date, time, and place, and submitted to the victim E who was unaware of the fact by preparing one copy of a new T-service contract in the name of a private document that was forged as above, and acquired it by delivery from the injured party about KRW 968,00 of the market price at the same time and place.

2. Crimes committed on January 16, 2017;

A. On January 16, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document in the same place as above, and the “LG Plus mobile subscription application” that is presented at that place using a shot-type design.
