A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2004 to March, 2004, the Defendant was in charge of the quality guarantee business of D Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of manufacturing and wholesale business of Vpppp.

When supplying commodities, a person who has entered into a contract for the supply of safety-grade commodities with the Korea hydroelectric Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Atomic Energy Co., Ltd.") shall submit the specifications and materials required by the relevant commodities in Han Sources with the results, etc. of a test issued by a domestic or foreign testing institution to verify that the relevant commodities have been manufactured using parts meeting the specifications and materials, and shall not supply all the commodities unless there is any quality assurance document for the relevant specifications.

1. Around April 2009, the Defendant altered private documents and entered into a supply contract with Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. which entered into a contract for the main facilities works of Hanwon-U.S. PWR (Piping system) and supplied pWR (Piping system) sets and pipes connected to the pipes.

On April 23, 2009, the Defendant, without authority, deleted from the foregoing company’s name, “INSIPONIFICTE, certificate number: 80578161),” which was received from, and kept in custody, for the purpose of exercising at, D offices located in Kimhae-si, and changed the certificate of inspection under the name of the same company by using a copy machine, and then copied it by using a copy machine. In addition, the Defendant changed the certificate of inspection under the name of the same company, which is a private document concerning the certificate of fact-finding, from that date to June 1, 2012, seven times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. The Defendant, on April 23, 2009, altered as described in paragraph (1) to an employee under the jurisdiction of Hyundai Construction at the construction site of a nuclear power plant 1, 2, which is located in the Mari-ri-si, Mari-gun, Mari-gun, Busan, the captain of the altered private document.
