A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2007, the Defendant works as the head of the quality reporting team of the KV-producing Co., Ltd., and is in charge of affairs related to quality inspections and the preparation of inspection certificates.
