A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From January 2007, the Defendant, as a person in charge of quality assurance of C, has been in charge of organizing and submitting quality assurance documents related to the supply of various kinds of nuclear power equipment.
When supplying goods, a person who has entered into a contract for the supply of goods with the Korea hydroelectric Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Atomic Energy Co., Ltd.") shall submit quality assurance documents, such as a test report issued by a domestic or foreign testing institution that verifies that the relevant goods have been manufactured using specifications and materials meeting the standards and materials required in Korea-U.S., and shall not supply all the goods unless there is a quality assurance document for the relevant specifications.
C around June 2010, upon concluding a supply contract with D, E, Construction Co., Ltd. (Unist Chnkl, Tub Chnl, Tubl, etc.) which entered into a supply contract with the Korea-U.S. Construction Co., Ltd. (Unist Chnl, Tubl, Tubkl).

On June 10, 2010, the Defendant altered private documents: (a) arbitrarily stated “050530” on the certificate number of inspection (certificate number 08050-KHNE-032-01) in the name of Sco, which was under custody, issued by Kitco without authority, for the purpose of exercising an accurate inconsistent standard with the requirements required by Kitco, while the various measurements of the steel product inspection certificate, which was previously received from the supplier’s office at the office of Kimhae-si, which was kept by the supplier; and (b) arbitrarily stated “0530” in the certificate number of KHNE-030 (certificate number 070) in the name of KHE-030 on the date of “6.00” in the column “6.00, and arbitrarily stated the “13.00” on the certificate number of inspection document in the name of Kitco, a certificate of inspection (hereinafter referred to as the “certificate of inspection”).
