범 죄 사 실(피고인 B에 대하여) 피고인 B은 연인인 피고인 A 및 A의 동생인 C과 함께 피고인들의 학교 후배인 아동ㆍ청소년 D(여, 13세), E(여, 16세), F(여, 15세), G(여, 15세)에게 성매매를 하도록 권유 또는 강요하고, ‘앙톡’ 및 ‘앙챗’ 어플을 이용하여 모집한 성매수 남성이 모텔 등으로 오면 위 아동ㆍ청소년들로 하여금 성매매를 하게 한 다음 아동ㆍ청소년들로부터 성매매 대금을 받아 가지기로 마음먹었다.

1. D-related crimes;

A. The Defendants of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., brokerage business, etc.) sought a male number of sexual traffic using such words as H, I, Defendant B, etc., in the early February 2020’s residence, including Gyeonggi-si Hacheon-si, Defendant B, and (ii) had the said male number of sexual traffic parked in front of J in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, and had D board the said female number of cars parked in front of J, and had it receive 200,000 won from the male number of sexual traffic as a consideration for sexual traffic, and received 80,000 won from D for the purpose of arranging sexual traffic.

On February 2020, the Defendants got D to engage in sexual traffic over about 10 occasions with males in the name of the firstman on February 1, 2020.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange the purchase of child or juvenile sex.

B. On March 10, 2020, Defendants and C of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Coercive Conduct, etc.) refer to the victim D’s residence located in Gyeonggi-do L, Gyeonggi-do L on March 11, 2020, for the reason that the victim refused to engage in sexual traffic, that the victim would have attempted to engage in an unconditional act, not to obtain the width,” and “the victim would send 20 to 300,000 won per day because the width knew of the work,” and “the victim would not speak.”
