Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. According to the above public offering, the Defendant supplied 1 women in Thailand from November 25, 2015 to February 5, 2016, supplied 1,000 to B each day, and recruited many unspecified customers using the flosophal-type smartphone-making display method, such as flosophy and arche, and had Thai women purchase 4 times average daily sex and sexual intercourse, and then paid 50,000 won among the 120,000 won acquired in compensation for sexual traffic, and acquired the remaining money as profits from sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B, etc. to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Any person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall not employ a person having no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;
