Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

With respect to the Defendants, each of 40 hours of sexual traffic is 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

피고인들은 C와 ‘앙톡’, ‘즐톡’ 등 채팅앱을 이용하여 성매매 여성인 D(여, 15세), E(여, 17세), F(여, 16세), G(여, 21세), H(여, 35세)을 모집한 후, 위 채팅앱으로 성매수 남성들을 모집하여 모텔 등 만날 장소를 정하고, 위 D 등 성매매 여성들을 차량에 태워 성매수 남성들과 만나기로 약속한 모텔로 데려다 주어 그녀들이 성매수 남성들로부터 성매매 대금을 교부받고 성매매 하도록 하는 방법으로 성매매를 알선하기로 공모하였다.
