그럼에도 피고인은 2019. 4. 12.경 천안시 서북구 I건물 피고인의 집에서 휴대폰 채팅 어플인 ‘앙톡’, ‘즐톡’에 ‘조건만남, 162, 50키로, B컵’이라는 내용의 성관계를 암시하는 광고글을 게시하고, 이를 보고 연락한 성매수 남성을 위 피고인의 집 앞으로 오도록 한 뒤, 성매수 남성과 아동ㆍ청소년인 피해자 J(여, 14세)이 천안시 서북구 ‘K HOTEL’에서 성매매를 하도록 하였다.

그럼에도 피고인은 2019. 4. 14.경 천안시 서북구 I건물 피고인의 집에서 휴대폰 채팅 어플인 ‘앙톡’, ‘즐톡’에 ‘나이 22세, 몸무게 55~56키로, 가슴 C컵, 키 158Cm, 후장안됨(별도)’라는 내용의 성관계를 암시하는 광고글을 게시하고, 이를 보고 연락한 성매수 남성을 위 피고인의 집 앞으로 오도록 한 뒤, 성매수 남성과 성매매 여성 L(여, 20세)이 천안시 서북구 'M 모텔' 에서 성매매를 하도록 하였다.

After that, the defendant purchased the above L with sexual traffic.
