Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the "B Trade Union") C Branch of the Korean Democratic Trade Union.

Criminal facts

1. On April 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on April 26, 2013, the Defendant: (b) occupied approximately KRW 1,00 of the participants gathered for the “indirect Employment Elimination Shepp and the Resolution for Temporary Gaol Gaol Gaol” hostedd in Bno at the front of the E-cafeteria located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; (c) occupied approximately 1,00 G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “G”) in front of the death, and obstructed the vehicle’s traffic by going through an assembly by not later than 16:55 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. Around May 10, 2013, the Defendant participated in the “Indirect Employment Elimination Shep” resolution bnoon, which was hosted by the Bnoon on the roads front of G Rool on May 17, 2013, and obstructed the traffic of vehicles by holding an assembly with approximately seven hundred participants of the above assembly, including approximately seven hundred persons who participate in the above assembly, blocking the 4th line road from a stage vehicle, and then holding an assembly by going outside the conference until 22:15 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. Around May 15, 2013, the Defendant committed a crime (Interference with general traffic) around 19:30 on May 15, 2013, with approximately 350 members, etc. of the Bminator, etc. who participated in the “Indirect Employment Elimination Shep” resolution Bap, which was organized in Bnoon on the roads front of G Gaok, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by holding an assembly by occupying approximately 19:50 lanes from the same day by 19:50 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
