Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2013, the Defendant, on April 26, 2013, gathered to “indirect Employment Elimination Shep and Resolution Resolution of Regular Workers Sheet” organized by the B trade union in the front of the nuclear base base in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and continued an assembly by not later than 16:55 on the same day, with approximately 1,00 participants in the above assembly as the participants of the said assembly, moving to the company of the Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. located in the same region, leading up to the passage of the vehicle by not later than 16:5 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On May 1, 2013, the Defendant participated in the 123th World Labor Section D Workers’ Republic of Korea (hereinafter “D Workers’ Union”) organized by the D Workers’ Federation at the Seoul Square located in the Seoul Pquare around May 15:30, 2013.

At around 17:30 on the same day, the Defendant, while moving approximately 2,00 participants in the above Korean Workers' Congress and approximately 2,00, 200 Taepyeong-ro 2, Jung-gu, Seoul, to the Plux hotel located in 23, occupied the lanes prior to the location, attempted to enter the zone by 18:20 on the same day and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. On May 10, 2013, at around 16:50 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant gathered for the “indirect Employment Elimination Shebed by the BF in Yang-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the 16:50 plenary session, which was held by the BF in Yang-dong, the Seocho-gu, Seoul, and 200 participants of the above assembly, moving up to malecule by using approximately 70 lanes prior to the moving direction. On the same day, around 17:17 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles by blocking the fourth-lane road in front of the death of Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., Ltd., located in the Dong-dong, with the stage vehicle, and driving up to 19:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
