Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of 2 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants are members of the E-Union Hyundai Motor Vehicle Jeon-ju Association affiliated with the Association Federation.

2. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On April 26, 2013, the Defendant, at around 16:22 on April 26, 2013, 2013, gathered for the “Indirect Employment Elimination Shep and the Resolution on Non-regular Metal Labor Relations Sheet” hosted by the E Union in the front of the nuclear base base base in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and continued an assembly by up to 16:55 on the same day, with approximately 1,00 participants in the above assembly as the participants in the event of the Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., Ltd. in the same location, leading up to the passage of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

B. On May 10, 2013, at around 16:50 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant collected the roads of four lanes in front of Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. located in the Dong-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the “Indirect Employment Elimination Sheet Resolution of Non-regular Metal Labor Relations Sheet” hosted by the E Union at the Yang-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of the “Indirect Employment Sheet Resolution of Non-regular Aircraft Sheeting Sheet”, and run up to the malle of salt Sheet with approximately seven hundred participants of the above assembly, and on the same day, around 17:17 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by blocking the four lanes of the roads of the Dop Dop in front of the death of Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. located in the Dong-dong

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

C. On May 15, 2013, the Defendant participated in the “Indirect Employment Elimination Shebb and the Resolution on Non-regular Metal Labor Unions” hosted by the E Union in a citizen’s forest located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu, Seoul, around 15:55 on May 15, 2013.

From around 16:05 on the same day, the Defendant, along with approximately 2,50 participants in the assembly from around 16:05 on the same day, was driven by using two lanes from the forest of the above citizen to one side of the latter part of the same Dong in one of the same Dong, leaving down her dust in 16:25 on the same day.
