Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the director of the labor safety division in the intra-company subcontractor in the Agsan Factory, the C Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “C”) affiliated with the BAF.
1. On May 10, 2013, the Defendant, around May 17:24, 2013, participated in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu DD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”)’s front of the company building located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “D”), and obstructed the traffic of vehicles by participating in the “indirect Employment Eliminationp” conference organized by C, with approximately KRW 700 participants of the above assembly, thereby blocking the 4-line road of the said Do Do 4 line with the stage vehicle, and driving the assembly by going beyond the stage vehicle until 2:15 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On May 15, 2013, the Defendant: around 16:05 on May 15, 2013, at the forest delivery of the Yang Jae-dong in Seocho-gu Seoul, Yang Jae-dong, the Defendant participated in the “indirect Employment Elimination Shep et al. al. Resolution C to full-time Workers” held by C, and approximately 2,50 of the participants in the above assembly were driven into the D company gate by using approximately two lanes of letter Do 16:30 on the same day while the Defendant continued to stop driving on the D company gate gate, and was seated at the same seat or opened by not later than 17:25,00 on the same day, and continued to move to the above meeting with the participants, and continued to move to the said meeting and enter the above 10th day of the 15th day of the 19th day after moving to the D company . By the same conference, the Defendant did not complete the above 10th day of the 10th day of the above conference.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
